Listing FAQs

GENERAL is an online marketplace for death care industry. A simple and straightforward platform where buyers, sellers and renters can find or list the best properties and services related to death: funerals, cremation or burial, and memorials. We offer sellers, buyers, and renters an easy-to-use platform to find or list properties/services online.

Type your desired property or service into the search box and/or select from our wide range of criteria offered. A list of all the properties/services that match your criteria/preferences will appear. You can click on any property for more information and contact the owner of listing. 

You can get in touch by viewing ‘Contact Information’ after the Listing Details. Alternatively, connect with the listing agent via Live Chat or you can fill in the form located at the bottom of the page to state your request, the listing owner will contact you to take care of your request as soon as possible (feature not available for free listing).

For full access to an even more customized service and to save time by preserving your preferences you can create an account on by clicking on “Register” located at the top of our homepage. Once you have completed the register, you can access your account at any time by using your selected username and password.

LISTING FAQs (For Sellers)

All new listings are marked as “Pending” when you exceed your free listing quota for that category. “Pending” listings are not visible in the marketplace and require payment before they can be listed.

All free listings expire after 30 days while paid listings expire after 60 days. “Expired” listings are not visible in the marketplace. You may renew your “Expired” listings. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your listing expires. 

You can have your property or service marked as featured listing to get a preferred placement on top of other listings. Select “Boost Listing” when adding your property or service to the marketplace.
